Ingredients
1oz Maple Moonshine
4oz Barrel Yard Gin
2oz Lemon Juice
0.5 cup Pomegranate Juice
Prosecco, Champagne, or Sparkling Wine
Pomegranate Seeds (optional)
Sprig of Rosemary (optional)
Lemon Slices (optional)
Directions
Add ice to a shaker cup
Pour in Maple Moonshine, Gin, Lemon Juice, and Pomegranate Juice.
Shake well
Strain into two coupe glasses with large ice cubes.
Top with Prosecco, Champagne, or Sparkling Wine
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, lemon slice, and sprig of rosemary (optional)
