Pomegranate Gin Fizz
Ingredients
1oz Pomegranate Shine
1oz Barrel Yard gin
1.5oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup
1oz Soda Water
1 Egg White (trust us!)
Rosemary Sprig (optional)
Directions
Place the Pomegranate Shine, Gin, Pomegranate Juice, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White in a cocktail shaker
Shake well for about 15 seconds
Fill the shaker with ice and shake for another 30 seconds until cold
Strain the drink into a glass and top with the soda water
Garnish with a rosemary sprig (optional)
