Pomegranate Mimosa

Ingredients

1.5oz Pomegranate Shine

0.3 cup Pomegranate Juice

Champagne

Granulated Sugar

Handful of Pomegranate Seeds

Lime or Orange Slice

Run the sliced lime or orange around the rim of the champagne glass (optional)
Add sugar to a shallow dish and dip the rim of the glass into the sugar (optional)
In a cocktail shaker, add Pomegranate Shine, Fresh Pomegranate Seeds, and Pomegranate Juice
Muddle gently
Add ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds
Strain into a champagne glass and top with champagne
Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds
