Saskatoon Fizz
Ingredients
2oz Saskatoon Shine
1oz Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer
3-4 Mint Leaves
Lemon Wedge
Directions
Place 3-4 mint leaves at the bottom of an old-fashioned glass
Pour Saskatoon Shine over the mind and gently muddle
Squeeze 1/8 of a lemon (or to taste) into the glass
Fill the glass with ice
Slowly fill the glass with ginger beer
Garnish with lemon wedge (optional)
