Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients

0.5oz Maple Moonshine

1 cup Cold Heavy Cream

2 tbs Powdered Sugar

Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the Heavy Cream, Sugar, and Maple Moonshine on low speed until starting to combine
Increase speed to medium-high and whisk until medium peaks form (about 3–4 minutes)
Use immediately or cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
