Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients

0.5oz Maple Moonshine

1 cup Cold Heavy Cream

2 tbs Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the Heavy Cream, Sugar, and Maple Moonshine on low speed until starting to combine

  2. Increase speed to medium-high and whisk until medium peaks form (about 3–4 minutes)

  3. Use immediately or cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. 

  4. Top your favorite cocktails, hot chocolate, or even your breakfast with this sweet and boozy mixture!
