Ingredients
4oz White Lightning
2oz Lime Juice
1tbsp Chopped Mint
2tbsp Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Lime Slice
2 Sprigs of Mint
Directions
Add lime juice, chopped mint, White Lightning, simple syrup, and ice into a cocktail shaker
Shake well
Strain the mixture over 2 cocktail glasses
Top glasses off with a splash of soda water
Garnish with lime wedge and mint (optional)
